 If you've come here, it's odds on because you're stuck with something. Here is a list of Frequenty Asked Questions with regard to the website... 1. Why is the navigation bar not working? The navigation bar should work in all browsers. However, you may have issues with it. If this is the case, you can tackle it in a couple of easy ways. Firstly, refresh the page - you can do that by pressing F5 (at the top of the keyboard) on a PC or if you are using an Apple Mac, click on the reload button. Secondly, you can try clicking on the text part of the link. If these both fail, please make sure that you have an up to date browser. 2. I'm having problems with sending you an e-mail! If you have clicked on the e-mail link, odd's on you will have had the e-mail client that is on your PC or Mac open up automatically. If you do not have your e-mail set up this way, you will need to use a standard 'web-mail' account such as hotmail, yahoo or lycos. If you want to send us an e-mail from one of these accounts, log in and then in the 'to' line, put the following - 'info@carterstravel.co.uk' this will then send the e-mail to us. 3. I cannot open up the 'pdf flyers' - how can I open them? To open these files, you need to have adobe acrobat reader installed on your computer. There is a link on the pages where these files are found. If you cannot find this link, then follow the following link to adobe acrobat: http://www.adobe.com/acrobat if you are still struggling, then copy and paste the link into you 'address bar' in your browser. 4. I'm struggling to add myself onto the 'I'm going to...' list - what do I do? Right, the best thing to do is to let Cindy at Carters know of your interest.
